If you’ve been practicing Tai Chi for a while, you already know—it’s more than just a form.

But here’s the truth: just doing the form isn’t enough to unlock the deeper benefits of Tai Chi.

That’s why this special workshop day was designed to elevate your practice from the inside out.

In the Tai Chi Ball session, you’ll build functional strength, improve coordination, and awaken your Qi through circular, core-driven movements that go far beyond choreography.

In 3-D Tai Chi, you’ll step into the world of essential energies—like Peng, Lu, Ji, and An—and learn how mindset, structure, and application bring your form into full dimensionality.

Whether you’re looking to refine your technique, enhance your energy, or simply move with more clarity and confidence, these workshops will give you the tools to train smarter, not just longer.

Tai Chi Ball Qigong: 12-1 pm

Experience the unique benefits of Tai Chi Ball—a powerful blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and energy cultivation. Using a rubber or weighted ball, you’ll learn spiral-based exercises that build strength, improve posture, and enhance your internal energy flow.

In this workshop, you’ll discover how to:

🟠 Strengthen your core, upper body, and spine through dynamic, circular movements

🟠 Improve flexibility, coordination, sensitivity, and balance

🟠 Stimulate your body’s natural Qi flow for greater vitality

🟠 Calm your mind and sharpen focus

No ball? No problem. A limited supply of rubber and weighted balls will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you already have a suitable ball, please bring it with you.

Open to all levels. Whether you’re exploring Tai Chi for the first time or deepening an existing practice, this session will leave you feeling grounded, energized, and centered.

NOTE: If you plan to use a weighted ball, DO NOT use anything heavier than 10 lbs. For most people 2- 5 lbs will be more than sufficient.
